Fixes:
1.Support Prescott CPU and P4EE CPU.
2.Fixed SATA HD Capacity show error when HD large then 136GB just be shown 136GB.
3. Added cpu clock maximum to 550 under FSB533 platform.
4. Fixed it will show the ratio of default 16x.
